Assignment of Use of a Garage
When transferring the exclusive use of a garage from a unit owner to another unit owner the Assignment of use of Garage form must be completed and submitted to The Association (Property Manager) and maintained in the “Book” as required by our Declaration. The Assignment of Use of Garage form defines the obligations of a unit owner who has exclusive use of a garage as specified in Section 3.7(b) of the Declaration. This form was prepared by Ansbacher Law to clarify all the obligations of those unit owners with exclusive use of a garage. The Assignment of Use Garage form and the legal opinion are available on the website.
To update the Association records please forward your documents used to transfer the exclusive use of your garage. Any future transfer of garages must use the Assignment of Use of Garage form that has been included in this package.
